Two courtesans, China, 19th century Folded fan, double sheet of silver paper painted with gouache of two women in a garden. The reverse side painted with birds on a branch of cherry blossom. Natural bamboo frame, the black lacquered plumes with engraved decoration, underlined with gold, of cranes. The "onion" head is decorated with an ivory plate* engraved with flowers. H.t. 27 cm- H.f. 15,5 cm
