Dinner menu served on 30 December 1881, printed on bristol board and surmounted by the prince's embossed polychrome coat of arms, gilded edges, with handwritten inscriptions on the reverse bearing the names of the guests who attended the dinner and decorated in the centre with a caricature by Léon Gambetta (1838-1882):
