HENRIETTE, princesse de Belgique, duchesse de Vendôme (1872-1931) Set of 22 L.A.S. and C.A.S. and telegrams signed: "Henriette", addressed to Count Paul Laffleur de Kermaingant (1843-1920) and his wife, née Marguerite Binder (1853-1923), dating from 1908 to 1919, various formats, some letters are on letterheaded paper with the monogram and arms of the Princess, Belmont House, Château Saint-Michel, Château des Alerois, Château de Mentelberg and 24, rue Borghèse in Neuilly. Text in French, 39 pages. Text: - 24 rue Borghèse: "I have here an aunt and a cousin from Bavaria to whom I would so much like to show Chantilly on Wednesday. They are very keen to see the Musée Condé. I have absolutely no idea who to contact to be able to visit the castle. Could you tell me, or would you be so kind as to write to an influential person at the Institute so that we could go on Wednesday. My cousins are leaving on Thursday. [...] My two little ones have a mild whooping cough, but it's very annoying". - Belmont House, 16 July: "We had to postpone the date, because on the 24th we are going to spend a few days in Ostend with my brother.
