SILVER CIGARETTE CASE OF KING GEORGES II OF GREECE (1890-1947). By KRIENIES, Moscow, 1895. Beautiful rectangular model, with chiselled decoration of fine horizontal flutes, hinged lid opening by a side grip, decorated in the centre in a cartouche with its interlaced monogram in Cyrillic characters "G.G.II" under the royal crown, gilt inside, with compartment for matches, tinder and scraper. Good condition. Title stamp: 84, Moscow, 1895. Goldsmith's mark: Jacob Krienies, active from 1882 to 1901. Height: 9 cm, length: 5.5 cm, width: 5.5 cm, width: 1.5 cm. Gross weight: 234 grs
