Two large Carrickmacross passes, late 19th century. Two long collars with soft floral decorations worked in perfect symmetry for each collar, cotton muslin patterns applied on fine tulle, the heart of the flowers and cartridges finely embroidered with various stitches. Ivory color. Dim. laid flat: 52 cm x 39 cm and 50 cm x 41 cm (perfect condition, never used) Two collars of Irish Carrickmacross in unused condition dating from the end of the 19th century, with symmetrical floral motifs of muslin applied on to a cotton tulle and embroidered by hand. Ivory colour. Dim. when laid flat : 52 cm x 39 cm & 50 cm x 41 cm (very good unused condition)
