Tablecloth made of lace, Belgium, beginning of the 20th century. Entirely made of handmade lace, richly decorated with sprays of flowers and beautiful leafy branches escaping from knotted ribbons made with spindles, and enclosing cartridges of needlework Venetian lace, two with the interlaced number LSC, and six others decorated with birds: two groups of turtledoves kissing on either side of the centre, a partridge, a golden pheasant, a parrot and a parakeet with spandrels. Cream cotton. Dim. 3,30 m x 1,85 m (very good condition) We enclose fourteen towels, six with the model (good condition) five and four others with a very close model (some stains)
