Lace tablecloth "Old Flanders", early 20th century. Tablecloth entirely made of lace with an elegant composition of cartouches with floral bouquets made with bobbins and connected by a network of stitches with a needle, interlacing and branches of flowers and foliage connected by straps to the bobbins, the border in flexible festoons of flowers and foliage to the bobbins. Cream cotton lined with light ivory cotton tulle. Dim. 2.50 m x 2.10 m. (very nice condition) Provenance: Former bottom of the Parisian house R.MALBRANCHE, labeled Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant.
