Sumptuously embroidered bridal finery, Italy, 1st half of the 20th century. In cotton percale, the sheet has a wide flap entirely embroidered with scrolls of drawn threads decorated with various stitches, blooming flowers, bells and leafy branches, "Concordia" embroidered in the centre, "Amore" and "Félicita" in each corner, hemmed in crossed days all around the sheet. Width sheet: 2.95 m Two rectangular panels embroidered in the same way and two others simply hemmed with crossed days, acting as pillowcases. Dim. 89 cm x 75 cm each. (condition of new for all five pieces)
