DAGGER OF OFFICER OF THE NAVY - Lot 376
DAGGER OF OFFICER OF THE NAVY OF SAINT-ANNE AND SAINT-GEORGES. Bronze pommel chased with a garland of laurel leaves, decorated with the monogram of Emperor Nicholas II and the insignia of the Order of St. George enameled, the guard is engraved on one side with the inscription in Cyrillic characters "For bravery" and on the other side: "Strelitz" and applied with the insignia of the Order of St. Anne surrounded by the inscription "For Bravery", steel blade with throat, black leather dagger scabbard with three ormolu fittings decorated with laurel branches and two attachment rings. Time wear, but good general condition. Dagger : L. : 38 cm - Blade : L. : 27 cm. Period : Nicolas II (1894-1917).
