TRAVELLING TEA SERVICE IN UNI SILVER. FROM THE PRINCES SCHAKOVSKOY. By KANGIN, St. Petersburg, 1908. Consisting of a kettle, a small teapot (restored socket), a milk jug, a rectangular serving tray, a tea caddy, a sugar bowl, a powder dispenser, a stove (burning lamp) and its display stand, a milk bottle and a salt and pepper shaker, each piece engraved with the nomogram A. S. Sh. (probably Prince or Princess A. S. Schakovskoy) under a princely crown, inside in vermeil. The set is preserved in its burgundy leather-lined carrying case, interior in kid leather, stamped in black letters with the dealer's name "M. I. Droszhine, Saint-Petersburg", preserved with its original key. Slight wear, but good condition. Title mark: 84, St. Petersburg, 1908. Goldsmith's mark: B. K.: (Vassili Kangin, active from 1898 to 1908). Various sizes. Suitcase: H.: 14 cm - W.: 32 cm - D.: 25 cm. Total gross weight: 2 k 355 g
