Convertible, China, 19th century Folded fan, called "cabriolet" with two paper sheets. The first one painted with 18 characters with silk clothes and ivory head. The second sheet painted with a pheasant among roses. On the reverse side, five painted cartels of characters alternating with birds among flowers. The second leaf decorated with 13 characters with silk clothes and ivory head in relief. Ivory mount engraved with flowers. The plumes carved in light relief of characters and flowers. H.t. 27 cm - H.f. 6 cm/H.f.4 cm (restorations).
