Bouquet and trompe-l'oeil of lace, around 1760 Fan, the leather sheet lined with paper very finely painted with an intertwining of trompe-l'oeil lace covering a jumble of drawings and engravings. In the centre, a butterfly stands on a bouquet against a backdrop of ancient ruins. On the left, the "Signore Spinette" and Harlequin with a leather mask from the Commedia dell'arte. On the right, in trompe-l'oeil, a fly has landed on the lace, flowers on the reverse, ivory frame* very finely pierced, sculpted, engraved and gilded with a gallant subject decoration. 26.5 cm - H.f. 13 cm (restorations, one curved plume)
