Personnel and good works State of the people of the house of my lord the baron de Breteüil and their wages... (1 folio). Table detailing the personnel: 24 persons for the baron de Breteuil and 11 or 12 for the countess de Matignon in Paris, and 23 to 24 in Dangu (accidents in the upper margin with loss of a word). Charity of the baron de Breteuil (4 pieces in-12 and in-8) 1789. Partially printed bill declaring that an abandoned child had "been brought to the hospital of the foundlings... to be nourished & raised, in the usual way". Letter from the prior of Preüilly asking the baron of Breteuil on the one hand for 150 livres for a person helped in Dangu and on the other hand to give a job to the last of the children of this person, "as you had the charity to do for the others". Heraldic seal of red wax, broken. Receipt in part printed from the parish of Saint-Roch of 26 livres "for his alms & contribution for the said poor". Receipt of "the sum of one hundred livres that he [the baron de Breteuil] was kind enough to grant me to cover my house with thuille for which I thank the said lord in Dangu". -B34
