Round tablecloth embroidered with the four elements, 1st half of the XXth century. In dark ivory colored linen baptism superbly embroidered with different stitches serving with great intelligence the decoration, each quarter of the tablecloth representing a Greek divinity for each of the four elements: Hephaestus in his forge for fire, Poseidon on the tumultuous waves for water, Demeter goddess of agriculture for earth and Zephir (?) for air. Diam. 1,30 m (good general condition, a fine restoration, a few rare very small holes, a few freckles or small spots)
