"DÉJEUNER" OR "CABARET À THÉ", MANUFACTURE ROYALE, SÈVRES, 1831. In hard porcelain, consisting of a teapot (Pestum model with low handle), a covered sugar bowl (Pestum model, 2nd size), a milk jug (Pestum model) and three teacups (Coupe model, 2nd size) with saucers. Decorated with a frieze of polychrome flowers representing yellow and violet pansies on a white background framed by a golden starry flower pattern on an agate blue background. Good condition, slight wear to the gilding. A cup and its saucer restored. Manufacture royale de Sèvres. Mark painted in green: "31 a", for the installation of the blue bottom that is to say August 31. Blue printed mark: "L. Sèvres and fleur de lys". Red painted mark of the painter : C. D. : Jean-François Desnoyers-Chaponnet, active from 1810 to 1828. Teapot : H. : 14,5 cm - Diam. : 10 cm. Sugar bowl : H. : 13,5 cm - Diam. : 10,5 cm. Milk pot : H. : 14,5 cm - Diam. : 8 cm.
