Two steering wheels, application of Brussels and England, circa 1870-90. One in application from England, bobbin motifs on mechanical tulle, daffodils, bells and foliage. Creamy white cotton. Dim. 3.55 m x 35 cm (acc. ptts) and another in Brussels appliqué, delicate floral needle motif on mechanical tulle. Dim. 4.75 + 2.80 + 1.25 + 1 + 0.65 = 10.45 m x 31 cm (rare ptts.holes) from: Barons and Counts van den Steen de Jehay, then by descent. Two flounces of Brussels appliqué lace, about 1870-1890, one with motifs of needle lace applied onto a machine net, Dim. 4,75 + 2,80 + 1,25 + 1 + 0,65 = 10,45 m x 31 cm (a very few little holes to the net) and one with motifs of bobbin lace applied onto a machine net, Cotton, cream in colour.
