Bridal stole, application from England, 2nd half of the 19th century. In light lace decorated with two supple bouquets at each end, scalloped edging with an elegant frieze of flowering branches, spindle motifs applied to mechanical tulle, the hearts of the flowers finely adorned with small needlework fashions. A stole of Brussels lace dating from the 2nd half of the 19th century. Floral motifs of bobbin lace applied onto machine net. Cotton, cream in colour. (a few stains, a very few little holes)
