JEAN-PAUL BELMONDO (1933/2021): A resin statue entitled "Liberté Chérie", depicting the Statue of Liberty in New York dressed in its traditional drapery in the colors of the American flag. Height 56 cm. Sophie Lescot Editions, based on the original work by Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi in collaboration with French engineer Gustave Eiffel in 1876. This rare limited edition of 30, purchased in New York by Jean-Paul Belmondo in 1976, was presented to producer Georges Barucq in May 1987. Fine condition. Included are 1 canvas poster reproducing the visual for the video of the film "A Tout Casser" with Johnny Hallyday, 1 canvas poster reproducing the visual for Conan The Destructor and 1 photo of Jean-Paul Belmondo with Georges Barucq, the publisher and producer of the film "Le Solitaire".
